This pillow features a traditional contour shaped core made of “New Generation” Accela-Flex Polyurethane Foam. Accela-Flex imitates the properties of HR Foams, but without the heavy, boardy feel commonly found in these types of foam. Accela-Flex also has activated carbon known as Fresh Foam. Fresh Foam is part of the cell structure, designed to absorb the odors often associated with foam products. It also prevent foam oxidation, which is a normal occurrence with foams that causes premature yellowing. Ultra Fresh uses the power of silver to combat growth of bacteria and mites and keep the pillow fresher longer. The wrap of the pillow utilizes Contour Wrap, a new “open cell memory foam” which allows for better air flow and keeps the sleeping surface cool and comfortable.
