Construction Features:

• Vertical Murphy Bed is 17" deep opening only to 6" more than a standard size bed, accepting standard mattresses up to 12" thick
• Easy installation in under an hour assembled with only a screwdriver and allen wrench with three screws into wall studs (provided)
• Sturdy panel leg hides within trim
• Uses a patent pending safe piston - lift system
• Each Guest Cabinent has two drawers,two doors with one shelf behind doors, hanging clothes rod and one fold down drawer flap functioning as a nightstand
• Lab tested to 16,000 cycles without any noticeable effect
• Carries a ten year warranty on bed mechanism and a full year replacement or repair on cabinetry
